Pravin Gurav

Pravin is a passionate professional dedicated to strengthening the public education system through systemic governance and child-centric pedagogy. With over 10 years of experience in research, advocacy, project management, and training, he has extensive experience with government schools, tribal education, and Early Childhood Development in Maharashtra. His professional journey includes collaborating with the State Project Director (IAS), Samagra Shiksha Maharashtra, and SCERT officers to implement the FLN (NIPUN Bharat Mission) in Maharashtra. He managed a team of advisory consultants, served as an expert committee member for SCERT content creation projects, and led large-scale projects, including 1892 Anganwadi centers focusing on Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) within ICDS Anganwadi. Proficient in advanced statistical techniques and data analysis tools, he has facilitated capacity-building programs for district and block officials, teachers, and Anganwadi workers in the education and ICDS departments. Additionally, he managed a CSR project budget of around Rs 5 Crore and organized national/state-level FLN conferences. His diverse experience underscores his dedication to public education and his ability to drive systemic improvements through strategic governance and child-focused pedagogy.
