His journey includes close collaboration with the State Project Director (IAS), Samagra Shiksha Maharashtra, and SCERT officers in implementing the FLN (NIPUN Bharat Mission). He has led advisory teams, contributed to SCERT content projects, and managed large-scale initiatives, including support to 1892 Anganwadi centers for ECCE under ICDS.
Proficient in advanced data analysis and statistical tools, he has facilitated capacity-building for district/block officials, teachers, and Anganwadi workers. He also managed a CSR project with a ₹5 crore budget and organized high-impact FLN conferences at both state and national levels—demonstrating his strategic mindset and commitment to education equity.
